Room prices are per person and night including breakfast.

The rooms are only available from 01.03. rented until November 10th, 2024!

Holiday apartment

The price of the apartment is per night for 2 people. On request, you can book a bread delivery service or a breakfast basket.

The holiday apartment is offered all year round without breakfast. From March 1st to November 12th, 2023, the holiday apartment can be booked including breakfast (price: € 150).

Prices

All prices are per person and day. It includes accommodation, bed linen, heating, water, gas and electricity, cleaning (including final cleaning) and all fees and taxes, with the exception of local tax. The amount of the local tax is calculated based on the municipal ordinance applicable at the time of your stay in the municipal area (2.00 euros per person and day from the age of 14).

Discounts

An extra bed for double occupancy will receive a price reduction of -20% of the normal price.

Payment

You can pay amounts up to EUR 1.999 in cash, the rest by bank transfer, credit or debit card.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 1:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment or room by 10:00 a.m.

Booking

Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit to confirm (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The following cancellation conditions also apply:

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian consumer protection code. Nevertheless, we grant you the right to withdraw under the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 ZGB:

The reservation can be canceled up to 14 days before the day of arrival at the latest without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be withheld or demanded.

If the guest cancels between the 14 days before the agreed arrival date and the actual arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

• Cancellation up to 13 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the agreed total price
• If the guest does not show up (“no show”) or if the guest departs early, the full amount for the entire booking period is due.
