Breakfast

In the traditional tyrolean parlour room or in the garden

Between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., we serve a sumptuous breakfast in our parlour. If you require a different time, please feel free to let us know one day in advance.

You can explore our sumptuous breakfast buffet outdoors during the summer and savor homemade and locally sourced delicacies. These include apple juice from our own trees, fresh fruits and vegetables from the farm (in season), homemade fruit preserves, fruit purees, and dried fruits.

We take great care to use regional and seasonal products, thereby supporting local farmers and promoting sustainable agricultural practices.

Our supply of milk, cheese, yogurt, and butter comes from one of the South Tyrolean alpine dairies. We source sausages, ham, and bacon from South Tyrolean companies, while the salami is imported from Italy.

Of course, if you wish, you can also get coffee in all its varieties such as cappuccino, espresso, latte macchiato, pot of coffee, as well as various teas and cocoa.
